Troubleshooting import issues

If the import process encounters errors, consider the following checks:

  • Duplicate users: If a user already exists in your Cosafe account or another Cosafe account, their row will display a red icon with a cross, and if you hover over the cross you will see "User with the given email already exists".

  • Whitespace errors: Ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces in the email addresses, as this can cause import failures. Users with this error will also display a red icon with a cross, and if you hover over the cross you will see "Incorrect email address".

If one or more users do not meet the import criteria, you can remove the users causing issues by clicking the "X" on the right of their row to proceed with importing the valid users. Alternatively, go back and correct the user information before attempting the import again.
