How to import users

  1. Log in to the Admin panel

  2. Navigate to the users tab

    • Click on the "Users" tab to view the user management section.
  3. Access import functionality

    • Click on the three dots to the right of the yellow "Add User" button.
    • Select "Import/Update Users" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select target account

    • Choose the account or subaccount where the users will be imported.
  5. Assign users to groups (optional)

    • If desired, select a group to which the new users will be added upon import.
  6. Download our import template

    • To make sure the import file is set up correctly you can downlaod our template by scrolling down and click on "Download template".

Important Don't remove any columns in the template and make sure that there are no extra spaces or signs in the email column, otherwise the import won't work.

  1. Choose import method

    • You can either upload a file directly or copy and paste user information.

    Option 1: Upload file directly

    • Upload your file: Click "Upload" and select your file.
    • Proceed: Click "Next".
    • Invitation preference: Choose whether to send invitations immediately upon import or manually later by checking or unchecking "Send invite later".
    • Import: Click "Import/Update" to finalize the process.

    Option 2: Copy and paste from file

    • Copy user data: From your spreadsheet, copy the user details (maximum of 100 users at a time).
    • Paste into import field: Paste the data into the import field, ensuring the columns are in the following order: "Id, Full Name, Email, PhoneNumber1, PhoneNumber2, Title".
    • Proceed: Click "Next".
    • Invitation preference: Choose whether to send invitations immediately upon import or manually later.
    • Import: Click "Import/Update" to complete the process.
