How to import/update users

  1. Log in to the Admin panel

  2. Navigate to the users tab

    • Click on "Users" in the left menu.
  3. Access import functionality

    • Click on the three dots to the right of the yellow "Add User" button.
    • Select "Import/Update Users" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select target account

    • Choose the account or subaccount where the users will be imported.
  5. Assign users to groups (optional)

    • If desired, select a group to which the new users will be added.
  6. Download our template

    • Scroll down and click "Download template".

    Important Keep all columns in the template and make sure that there are no extra spaces or signs in any of the fields you fill in.

  7. Choose import method

Option 1 — Upload file

  1. Click Upload and select your file.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Preview — check that all rows look correct before importing. Hover over the icon to the left of a user's Id for status details:
    • 🟢 User with a new email — will be created
    • 🟡 Existing user updated — will be updated
    • 🔴 Error — shows the specific error message
  4. Click Import/Update, then confirm by following the instructions on screen.

Option 2 — Copy and paste from file

  1. Copy your data from the spreadsheet — always include the Id, Full Name, and Email columns. Also copy PhoneNumber1, PhoneNumber2, and Title if you have data in those fields. Maximum 100 rows at a time.
  2. Paste your data into the text field on the import screen.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Preview — check that all rows look correct before importing. Hover over the icon to the left of a user's Id for status details:
    • 🟢 User with a new email — will be created
    • 🟡 Existing user updated — will be updated
    • 🔴 Error — shows the specific error message
  5. Click Import/Update, then confirm by following the instructions on screen.
