How to invite users

  1. Log in to the Admin panel

  2. Navigate to the users section

    • Click on the "Users" tab to view the list of all users associated with your account.
  3. Identify users to invite

    • In the "Invitations" column, check the status of each user:
      • A green envelope icon indicates the user has been invited.
      • An orange envelope icon indicates the user has not been invited.
      • An red envelope icon indicates the user has an expired invitiation and needs a new one.
  4. Select users for invitation

    • Check the box next to the name(s) of the user(s) you wish to invite.
  5. Access additional actions

    • Click on the "More Actions" button located above the user list.
  6. Send invitations

    • From the dropdown menu, select "Invite".
    • The selected users will receive an email invitation to join the platform.

Note: Regularly reviewing the invitation status ensures that all intended users have access to the Cosafe platform.
