How to invite users

The Admin Panel Users page is divided into three tabs to make managing invitations easier. Depending on the user's status, you invite or re-invite them from the appropriate tab.

Invite users who have never been invited

  1. Log in to the Admin panel

  2. Navigate to the Users section

    • Click on the "Users" tab in the left-hand menu.
  3. Go to the "Not Invited / Expired" tab

    • This tab shows all users who have not yet received an invitation, as well as users whose invitation link has expired.
    • Use the "Not invited" or "Expired" filter pills to narrow the list if needed.
  4. Select users to invite

    • Check the box next to the name(s) of the user(s) you want to invite.
  5. Send the invitation

    • Click the "Invite users (N)" button in the toolbar (N = number of selected users).
    • The selected users will receive an email invitation to join the platform.

Resend an invitation to users who have not yet logged in

If a user was previously invited but has not logged in yet (or their invitation link has expired), use the "Pending Login" tab:

  1. Go to the "Pending Login" tab on the Users page.

    • This tab lists all invited users who have not yet activated their account.
  2. Check the box next to the user(s) you want to resend an invitation to.

  3. Click the "Resend invitation (N)" button in the toolbar.

    • The selected users will receive a new email invitation. The invitation link is valid for 30 days.

Note: Regularly reviewing the "Not Invited / Expired" and "Pending Login" tabs ensures that all users have access to Cosafe.
