Activate your account after receiving an invitation
This guide is intended for Cosafe users who have been invited to the platform and need to create a password.
Your employer is implementing Cosafe and has created an account for you. To activate your account, please follow these steps:

Open the invitation email
- Locate the email from Cosafe in your inbox.
- Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your main inbox. (If you use Outlook, check the "Other" tab)

Click on "Join Cosafe"
- Within the email, click the "Join Cosafe" button to begin the activation process.

Set your password
- You'll be prompted to create a password. Ensure it meets the following criteria:
- At least 10 characters long.
- Contains at least one number (0-9).
- Includes at least one special character (e.g., !?"#€%&).
- Has both uppercase and lowercase letters.

Access Cosafe
- Cosafe is available as both a mobile app and Desktop app for your computer.
- For mobile devices:

- Navigate to Desktop app for instructions.

Log in
- Use your email address as your username.
- Enter the password you just created.

Start using Cosafe
- You're all set! Begin exploring Cosafe's features to enhance your organization's safety and communication.
Important notes:
- Invitation link expiry: The invitation link is valid for 30 days. If it expires, you can request a new one by:
- Opening the mobile app or Desktop app.
- Click on "Forgot password."
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
