How does the Cosafe mobile app work with Apple watch?

Cosafe is a mobile application, and for that reason, we recommend primarily using the app on a mobile phone. If, due to certain circumstances, you wish to receive notifications via an Apple Watch, it’s important to review your notification settings and then test the alarm, as these settings may differ between devices. Therefore, we cannot guarantee functionality since smartwatches are not supported devices.

If you are using a smartwatch, it may affect whether you receive notifications on your phone or not. Some settings you should check are listed below:

  1. Notification settings:
    • On iPhone: Make sure you have the correct settings according to our article Important setttings (iso)
    • On Apple watch: Ensure that “Mirror my iPhone” mode is activated. You can find this by going to the Watch app and selecting “My Watch” > “Notifications” and enabling “Mirror my iPhone”.
