Introduction for main account administrators
To ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process with Cosafe, it's essential to prepare adequately for the initial training session. This guide outlines the necessary steps and considerations for administrators before attending the first training session.
Selecting your first administrator
During the first training session, we will set up your account by creating the initial user, who will serve as the primary administrator. This individual will gain access to the admin panel during the session. Throughout the training, screen sharing will be utilized to facilitate collaborative setup, including adding additional administrators. When scheduling your session, please provide the details of your chosen primary administrator.
