The Cosafe team has created templates for administrators to send to employees prior to launching Cosafe in your organization. The template includes a brief description of what Cosafe is and instructions on how employees should log in. Feel free to copy the entire template or parts of it to inform your employees!

Welcome to Cosafe!

A safe and secure workplace is very important to our organization. In serious incidents, communication is crucial, and it's essential to have good preparedness and routines to handle these situations.

To further strengthen our crisis preparedness, we are now introducing the Cosafe platform, which will be available to all employees. Cosafe is a cloud-based platform currently used by companies, municipalities, government agencies, and schools to facilitate communication during critical events/incidents by sending the right information and alerts to the right person at the right time.

How to get started with Cosafe

Your employer has integrated Cosafe with the login system you normally use at work, known as SSO (Single Sign-On).

To get started with Cosafe, first download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Log in to Cosafe with SSO:

  1. Click the SSO button at the bottom of the app's login page.

  2. Enter the email address you use at work.

  3. Enter the password you use at work.

Make sure you have the correct settings

  1. Follow the instructions in the articles bellow to make sure you have the right settings on your device.
  1. Perform a selftest to ensure that your device can receive the alarm signal. To do a selftest follow the instructions in the article bellow.

Cosafe Academy - your digital education platform
