Introduction

This guide assists administrators in effectively utilizing Cosafe Academy, our digital training platform designed to make Cosafe education accessible and engaging. Developed in collaboration with schools, municipalities, and companies, Cosafe Academy empowers users to master the Cosafe platform.


Steps to get started with Cosafe Academy

  1. Access Cosafe Academy

    • Contact Cosafe Support to activate access to Cosafe Academy for your organization.
    • Once activated, find Cosafe Academy under your account or subaccount in the admin panel.
  2. Explore available courses

    • Navigate to the "Cosafe Academy" tab to view all available courses.
    • Here, you can see which users have completed each course and who has yet to start.
  3. Monitor course progress

    • To track employee progress, click on the number in the "Completions" column.
    • This provides a clear overview of who has started, completed, or not yet begun a course.
  4. Invite employees to courses

    • To invite users to a course, click the three dots to the right of the course title and select "Invite to a course."
    • Select the users you want to invite and ckick invite.
  5. Send reminders to users

    • If someone needs a nudge to complete a course, click the three dots next to the course and select "Send course reminders."
    • Reminders are sent only to those who have not yet completed the course; those who have already finished will not receive additional emails.
