Introduction

This guide provides instructions for administrators on how to invite users to courses within Cosafe Academy.

Steps to invite users to a course

  1. Log in to the Admin panel

  2. Navigate to the Cosafe Academy tab

    • In the admin panel, go to you account (account or subaccount) then select the "Cosafe Academy" tab to view available courses.
  3. Locate the desired course

    • Browse through the list or use the search function to find the specific course you wish to assign.
  4. Invite users

    • Click the three dots to the right of the course.
    • Select the users you want to invite.
    • Click Invite.
    • Done!

The users have now received an invitation to the course.
