Introduction

The "Log note" feature in the Cosafe platform allows users to record information directly into the log. This can include additional details from an incident that were not captured in the alarm thread or separate information that needs to be documented.

Creating a Log note

1. Navigate to Log note

   • Open the Cosafe app and select "Log note."

2. Create a new Log note

   • Click on "Create Log note."

3. Enter details

   • Subject: Optional. Providing a subject helps in easily identifying the context of the note.
   • Message: Required. Write the information you wish to log.

   Note: Since the log note stands alone in the log, it's advisable to give it a subject to clearly indicate its relevance or context.

4. Save the Log note

   • Click on the yellow paper airplane icon in the top right corner to save the log note.
