Steps to request a new activation link

Access the Cosafe platform:
- Open the Cosafe web app in your browser or launch the Cosafe mobile app on your device.

Initiate password reset:
- On the login screen, click on "Forgot Password."

Check your email:
- Log in to your email account associated with Cosafe.
- Look for an email from Cosafe and tap "Change Password."
- If you can't find it, the email might be in the "Other" tab or spam folder.

Change your password:
- Open the email and click on the "Change Password" link.
- Enter a new password that meets the following criteria:
- At least 10 characters long
- Includes at least one number (0-9)
- Contains at least one special character (e.g., !?"#€%&)
- Has both uppercase and lowercase letters

Log in:
- Return to the Cosafe app or Desktop App.
- Log in using your email address and the new password you just created.
