How to obtain a new activation link for Cosafe

If your initial activation link for Cosafe has expired or you need a new one, you can easily request a fresh link to set up your password. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to obtain a new activation link.

Steps to request a new activation link

  1. Access the Cosafe platform:

    • Open the Cosafe web app in your browser or launch the Cosafe mobile app on your device.
  2. Initiate password reset:

    • On the login screen, click on "Forgot Password."
  3. Check your email:

    • Log in to your email account associated with Cosafe.
    • Look for an email from Cosafe and tap "Change Password."
    • If you can't find it, the email might be in the "Other" tab or spam folder.
  4. Change your password:

    • Open the email and click on the "Change Password" link.
    • Enter a new password that meets the following criteria:
      • At least 10 characters long
      • Includes at least one number (0-9)
      • Contains at least one special character (e.g., !?"#€%&)
      • Has both uppercase and lowercase letters
  5. Log in:

    • Return to the Cosafe app or Desktop App.
    • Log in using your email address and the new password you just created.

The activation link is valid for 30 days. If it expires, you can request a new one by repeating the steps above.
