How to change or update your personal information in the Cosafe App

Keeping your personal information up to date in the Cosafe app ensures effective communication and accurate user data. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to modify your profile details within the app.

Steps to update personal information

  1. Open the Cosafe app:

    • Launch the Cosafe app on your device.

  2. Access the menu:

    • Tap on the menu icon located at the top right corner of the home screen.

  3. Navigate to 'View my profile':

    • From the menu options, select 'View my profile' to view your current personal information.

  4. Edit your information:

    • Tap on the 'Edit' button or the specific field you wish to update (e.g., photo, or secondary phone number).
    • Enter the new information as required.

  5. Save changes:

    • After updating your details, tap 'Save' to apply the changes.

If certain fields are non-editable or if you encounter issues while updating your information, please contact your organization's administrator for assistance. You can find their contact details by:

  1. Tapping on the menu icon located at the top right corner of the home screen.
  2. Selecting 'Support'.
  3. Choosing 'Contact' to view the administrator's information.
