How SFTP synchronization works

Cosafe provides an SFTP server where organizations can upload a CSV file containing user data. This file is securely retrieved daily ( during nighttime hours) to update the Cosafe user registry. After synchronization, an automatic email is sent to the designated administrator detailing any changes made during the process.
